Selection of organic Vespaiola grapes. Spontaneoulsy fermented in tremperature controlled strainless steel tank for 3 months and additional 6 months resting with the fine lees. Clear, light yellow color with green shades. Citrus bouquet on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, and a green notes of fresh grass. Rich and ripe on the palate it fills the mounth and cleans it at the end with it's freshness, given by its great acicity
